SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L) was notified on 19 November 2015, that on that date, Simon Cleaver, Executive Chairman of the Group, purchased 7,093 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Simon Cleaver is interested in 778,269 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.76% of the Group's total voting rights.
