Northern Petroleum Plc ("the Company") Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Chris Foss, Finance Director, transferred 5,885 ordinary shares of the Company from his personal holdings to his SIPP on 12 October at a price of 173.25p per share. This transfer does not alter Mr Foss' total beneficial shareholding of 10,133 ordinary shares.
