Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has today been informed that on 7 February 2011 Alex Alway transferred 20,300 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP at 65.575 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction there is no change in Alex Alway's beneficial interest in the Company.
Alex Alway remains interested in 1,320,883 Ordinary Shares representing 1.55% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
