DIRECTOR/ PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Omega announces, pursuant to Rule 3.1.4 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the following transaction in the Company's common shares of US$0.10 each ("Common Shares") by a person discharging managerial responsibility.

David Burchett, Deputy Underwriter of Syndicate 958, notified the Company on 14 June 2011, pursuant to DTR 3.1.2, that on 9 June 2011, he transferred to his wife 100,000 common shares of US$0.10 each in the Company at a price of 66.5p per share, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital as at 14 June 2011.

Following this transaction, David Burchett has a beneficial interest in 1,771,429 of the Company's Common Shares, representing 0.73 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
