Scotgold announces that it has today received notice from Mr Nat le Roux, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that, following the recent share placing and admission of new shares on 7 May 2015, his unchanged interest of 456,564,373 ordinary shares in the Company now represents 40.2% of the enlarged issued share capital.
