Director Shareholding

Tribal Group plc ("the Company") has been notified of the following purchases of ordinary shares in the Company.

On 11 September 2012, Group Finance Director Stephen Breach purchased 50,204 shares at a price of 91.63p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Breach and his connected persons are beneficially interested in 252,139 ordinary shares in the Company or 0.27% of the Company's total issued share capital.

On 11 September 2012, Chief Executive Keith Evans purchased 101,160 shares at 91.93p per share. Following this purchase, Dr Evans and his connected persons are beneficially interested in 534,822 ordinary shares in the Company or 0.57% of the Company's total issued share capital.
