Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company was notified today that on 5 October 2012, Geoffrey Forsyth, the Chief Technical Officer of the Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.75 pence each.

The Company was also notified today that on 4 October 2012, Geoffrey Forsyth purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.5 pence each.

As a consequence of these transactions, Geoffrey Forsyth is now interested in 942,657 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.97 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
