The Company has been advised that 948 shares have been purchased at £7.32 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included seventeen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page.

Also included in the purchase were seventeen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
