The Company announces that on 27 October 2011, the Robert Moyle 1996 Trust, of which Robert Moyle, the Company's Chairman, is a non-beneficial trustee, bought 7,900 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 190 pence per share.
Following this purchase, the Robert Moyle 1996 Trust holds 650,400 Ordinary Shares.
