REA announces that it received notification on 1 June 2016, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that Mr M Parry, a director, and Mrs A Parry, a person connected with Mr Parry, purchased in London on 1 June 2016, respectively, 5,325 ordinary shares of 25p each and 6,196 ordinary shares of 25p each in REA at a price of £2.85 per share.
