The Company was notified on 20 April 2012 that the Trustees of Michael Tinling's SIPP acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company on the same day at 40p per share. Mr Tinling is a director of the Company. Following this transaction Mr Tinling is interested in 455,446 shares, representing 1.8 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
