Notification of transaction of PDMRs

On 13 March 2015, an existing option (the "Option") to acquire ordinary shares in the capital of Exova Group plc (the "Company") at nil cost was exercised by Michael Pooley, a PDMR, under the Exova Group plc Additional Share Scheme, as set out in column 3 in the table below. As set out in the Company's RNS announcement dated 3 June 2014, the shares to satisfy the Option are being transferred from the Company's EBT. Following exercise, Michael Pooley holds the total number of shares as set out in column 4 below:

The shares received by Michael Pooley from exercise of the Option will be transferred off-market and are subject to the same lock-up arrangements as the other shares held by him and may not be sold before 16 April 2015.
