Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons.

The Company received notification on 13 March 2014 from Ms. G. Davies, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 13 March 2014, she sold 1,800 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 697p per share.

The sale of such shares was to utilise a Capital Gains Tax allowance for the tax year 2013/2014.

As a result, the total interest of Ms. G. Davies in the Company is 119,681 shares, representing 0.447% of the Company's issued share capital.
