Director's/PDMR shareholding

17 June 2011 - Exillon Energy plc ("Exillon Energy", the "Company" or the "Group") (EXI.LN), a British listed independent oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of northern Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), announces it has been notified by L. Stuard Detmer, its Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, that on Thursday 16th June 2011 he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Exillon Energy ("Shares") at a price of 407.411 pence per Share for total consideration of £40,741.10.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Detmer's interest in Exillon Energy amounts to 10,000 Shares representing 0.0062% per cent of Exillon Energy's issued share capital.
