Director's shareholding

The Board of HML (AIM: HMLH), the property management service group, was notified on 11 January 2010 that James Howgego, a director of the Company, acquired 25,000 shares in the Company also on 11 January 2010 at 12.48p per share.

Following this acquisition of shares, Mr Howgego is now interested in a total of 525,000 ordinary shares in HML, representing 1.66% of the Company's issued share capital.
