The Company has been notified by Barry Bown (Executive Chairman), Clare Nesbitt (Chief Executive Officer), Danielle Davies (Chief Financial Officer) and Jack Spellacy (Buying and Merchandising Director) that, following the settlement of their acceptances of the recommended offer by JD Sports Fashion plc for the issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Footasylum it did not already own), they no longer have any interests in the issued share capital of the Company.
