Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
Colin Campbell, Chairman, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.875 pence per share on 3 December and 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 4.125p per share on 4 December. Mr Campbell is now interested in 1,515,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.73 per cent of the issued share capital.
Lawrence Banks, non executive director, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.875 pence per share on 3 December and 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 3.875p per share on 4 December. Mr Banks is now interested in 2,245,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.56 per cent of the issued share capital.
