Directors' interests in shares

Camco International Limited ('Camco', AIM: CAO), a global developer of emission reductions and clean energy projectsannounces that Yariv Cohen has today informed the Company that he has today transferred for nil consideration 1.2 million ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares" - representing approximately 0.65 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) from personal ownership to The Rotem Trust, of which Yariv Cohen is sole beneficiary. There is no change to Mr Cohen's beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares following the transaction.

Yariv Cohen's total interest of 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.65% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) remains unchanged following the transfer.
