As a result, Mr Barker is interested in 30,115,885ordinary shares representing 28.57 per cent. of the issued share capital of theCompany prior to the issue of 16,666,667 new ordinary shares announced on 25 Mayand 24.67 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company post such issue.
