Director Shareholding

In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.2 the Company announces that Mark Lancaster, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, has exercised a three-year option granted in 2009 under an HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme.

Mr Lancaster has retained the 3,173 ordinary shares, at an option price of 286p per share, bringing his total holding in the Company to 672,119 shares, 0.84% of the issued share capital.
