The company was notified on 19 March 2009 that on the 18 March 2009 Neil O'Brien, Chief Executive Officer, bought 84,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 16.5 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr O'Brien has a beneficial interest in the Company of 584,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.63% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The percentage calculations are based on 92,883,878 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
