Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been informed that on 22nd November 2013 Paul Nokes, a PDMR ofthe Company, called 1,503 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on thevesting of his 2010 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. He sold 3,507shares (representing the 1,503 shares called and 2,004 participant sharesalready held under the Company's Share Bonus Plan) at 2040p each. Followingthis notification his shareholding is 105,823 ordinary shares in the issuedshare capital of the Company, constituting 0.28% of the issued share capital.
