Bioganix PLC05 November 2007 Bioganix Plc announces that it has been informed that on 25 October 2007 NickHelme (Managing Director) and his wife sold 17,500 and 25,000 ordinary shares inthe Company respectively at a price of 145p per share. On the same date MrHelme's and his wife's personal pension schemes purchased 17,500 and 25,000ordinary shares in the Company respectively at a price of 145p per share.
