Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 30 November 2011 that Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 30 November 2011 bought 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 98.5p each per share.

Following the transaction Mr Holmes' total interest in the Company is 149,000 Shares, representing 0.58% of the Company's total issued share capital.
