The Company announces that it received notification on 9 June 2008 that Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited as Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust had, on 5 June 2008, purchased 100,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a price of 210p per share. Following this purchase, Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited is interested in 604,250 Ordinary shares representing 1.10% of the Company's total issued share capital.
