D4t4 Solutions Plc announces that on 28 November 2017, the Company received notification from Peter Simmonds, Non- Executive Chairman, that on that date he bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 129 pence per Ordinary Shares for the benefit of his self-invested personal pension (SIPP).
