Purchase of Shares by a Director

On 18 September 2014, Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne", the "Company"), was notified of a purchase of shares in the Company by Michael Baer, non-executive Chairman of the Company.

On 17 September 2014, Mr Baer purchased 300,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at a price of 14.375 pence per share.

As a result of this purchase, Michael Baer now has an interest in 800,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each or 0.28% of the total number of Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in issue.
