Director Shareholding

The Company has received notification that Gerald Ong Chong Keng, Non-Executive Director of Aseana Properties Limited, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 6 September 2012 at a price of US$0.3975 per share.

Following this acquisition, Gerald Ong Chong Keng holds a beneficial interest in 1,500,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.71% of the issued share capital of the Company of 212,025,000 ordinary shares (excluding 500,000 shares held in treasury).
