Notification of Transactions of Directors/PDMRs

This notification is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).

On 20 May 2010, Nicholas Stagg received conditional rights to acquire 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Shares") in connection with his recruitment as Chief Executive of the Company.

The awards comprised awards under the Company's 2008 Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") and additional awards on identical terms (made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.4.2R(2)).

The awards shall ordinarily vest on the 20 May 2013 subject to Mr Stagg's continued employment and the achievement of absolute total shareholder return growth targets.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. No price is payable on the vesting of the awards. Mr Stagg notified the Company of the awards described above on the 20 May 2010.
