The Company announces that it was informed on 6 November that Richard Eldridge and his wife purchased 25,000 and 13,001 ordinary shares respectively, at a price of 9p per share.

Following these acquisitions, the Richard Eldridge is interested in 1,700,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.85 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company
