Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC01 March 2007 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC ("the Company") Director Dealing The Company was notified on 1 March 2007 that Mr G V Nicholls, a director of the Company, exercised his option over 200,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 74.5p per share. Mr Nicholls then sold the shares at a sale price of 235p per share. In a related transaction, Mr Nicholls' wife, Mrs A B Nicholls sold 300,000Ordinary shares at a sale price of 235p per share. Following the above transactions, Mr Nicholls' interest in the share capital of the Company is now 597,652 Ordinary shares representing 1.27% of the Company's total issued share capital. Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited is the Trustee of the Albemarle & BondPawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust ("the EBT"). The EBT is interested in 393,250 Ordinary shares representing 0.84% of the Company's total issued share capital.
