Highcroft Investments PLC30 March 2006 Highcroft Investments Plc (the "Company") Director Shareholdings The Company was notified on the 29 March 2006, in accordance with the provisionsof section 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that 8,574 Highcroft ordinaryshares were yesterday sold at 600 pence per share by a trust of which DavidBowman's wife is a trustee and their son is one of five beneficiaries, Mr Bowmanbeing a director of the Company.
