NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR) OR CONNECTED PERSONS
A.G. BARR p.l.c. ("the Company") was notified on 27 January 2016 that the following Director exercised options, on 27 January 2016 in relation to the A.G. BARR p.l.c. Sharesave Scheme 2010 ("SAYE") and acquired at a price of £2.54 per ordinary share of 4⅙p each number of the Company's shares as set out against their name below.
The SAYE is a trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 4⅙p each, using deductions from salary in each pay period for a period of 60 months.
