DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDINGS

IPSO Ventures Plc (the "Company") announces that it was today notified that Executive Chairman, Simon Hunt has transferred 50,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") in which he had legal title and a beneficial interest, at today's mid-market price of 53.50p, to a personal pension plan of which he is the beneficiary.

Mr Simon Hunt's interests, including the shares transferred to the personal pension plan, remain unchanged and total 1,500,000 shares representing 11.78% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
