The Company was notified on 25 March 2011 that on 25 March 2011 Mrs M.Lewis the wife of Mr A.I.Lewis, a Director of the Company, acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company, at a price of £1.67 per share.
As a result of this transaction A.I.Lewis has a beneficial interest in the Company of 55,261 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
