DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN SHARES
Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 5 February 2018, Mr BM Thompson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, disposed of 6,900 Ordinary Shares at £10.90 per share and has acquired through a personal savings vehicle, 6,900 Ordinary Shares at £10.90 per share.
BM Thompson's beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 516,450 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
The notification set out below has been made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
