Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and by connected persons
REA announces that it has today received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, that on 30 October 2012 Fleetwood-Hesketh Limited sold to Jane Elizabeth Landon, both being persons connected with Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, in London 2,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in REA at a price of 475 pence per share.
