Notification of transactions by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and connected persons

REA announces that on 27 August 2010 notification was received from Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, that on 27 August 2010 a holding of 11,211 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of £1 each for Mrs J E Landon (spouse) and a holding of 3,736 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of £1 each for Fleetwood-Hesketh Limited (a company beneficially owned by Mr R E Landon) were sold in London at a price of 113p per share.

Both holdings are registered in the name of Pershing Nominees Limited a/c PULCT.
