The Company was notified on 22 June 2016 by Capita IRG Trustees (Nominees) Limited that on 20 June 2016 Karen Witts & Arja Taaveniku, both PDMRs, acquired the following interests in ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company. The transactions were automated dividend reinvestments pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.
