Directors' Dealings
The Company advises that Stephen Bowler, Chief Financial Officer, yesterday acquired 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the Company at a price of 51.25 pence per share.
Further to the purchase of shares as detailed above, Mr Bowler has interests in a total of 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the Company, which represents approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company also advises that John Blaymires, Chief Operating Officer, yesterday acquired 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the Company at a price of 51.25 pence per share.
Further to the purchase of shares as detailed above, Mr Blaymires has interests in a total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the Company, which represents approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
