Director Shareholding
On 7 October 2010, the Company was notified that earlier today, Ian Lang's spouse disposed of 180,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 73 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ian Lang, a non-executive director of the Company, has an interest in 566,437 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
In addition, the Company was also notified on 7 October 2010 that earlier today Richard Morgan-Evans, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 73 pence per share. Following this transaction, Richard Morgan-Evans holds no shares in the Company.
