The Company was informed today that on 2 December 2008 Mr Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, purchased 26,500 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price €0.70 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Ion Florescu is interested in 426,600 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
