The Company announces that it was notified on 15 December 2010 that Richard Tice, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, purchased 8,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 520 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 December 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Tice's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 215,165 Ordinary Shares (0.46%).
