The Company has been informed that on 3rd May 2013 Stephen Barrow, a PDMR ofthe Company, called 2,016 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on thevesting of his 2009 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. 952 of theshares have been sold at 1811p each. Following this notification hisshareholding is 338,002 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany, constituting 0.91% of the issued share capital.
