DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that 1,899 shares have been allocated at £4.09 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 31 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 30 shares for Mr M Harris.

Also included in the purchase were 31 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
