Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been informed that on 18th February 2014 Stephen Barrow, a PDMRof the Company, called 1,442 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company onthe vesting of his 2010 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan. 681 of theshares have been sold at 2383.5p each. Following this notification hisshareholding is 350,152 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany, constituting 0.93% of the issued share capital.
