Datacash Group PLC03 April 2007 3 April 2007 DataCash Group plc ("DataCash" or the "Company") Director shareholding Under the terms of the top-up rights contained within the acquisition agreementbetween DataCash and Proc Cyber Services (UK) Limited, each time one of theCompany's existing share options (which existed at the time of the acquisition)is exercised, Ashley Head, non-executive chairman of the Company, is entitled tosubscribe for the equivalent number of new shares at the same price as theexercise price of the option exercised. There remain options over 771,594 DataCash shares. Mr Head has rights tosubscribe for further new shares as and when these options are exercised. Pleasenote the announcement on 21 March stated the number of options outstanding was709,790, which was incorrect.
