Personal Group Holdings Plc ("the Company") DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today been informed by its registrars that on 11 April 2008 a total of 1,906 Ordinary Shares of 5p each were purchased, at a price of 296.5 pence per share for Mr Kenneth Rooney, Chief Executive under a dividend reinvestment programme operated by the Company's registrars.

Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 162,119 shares, representing 0.53% of the total shares in issue.
