Director Shareholding
Zytronic plc (the 'Company') was notified on 1 February 2010 that on that day, Mr Denis Mullan, Finance Director of the Company, transferred 55,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') for nil consideration to his wife, Mrs Sheila Mullan. As a result of this transaction Mr Mullan and his connected parties remain interested in 140,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
