Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company") announces that Mr John Whellock, Non-Executive Director, bought on 14th October 2008 3,000 shares in the Company at a price of 154p per share. Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 13,084 shares representing approximately 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital.
